These briefs are not a diaper and cannot be compared to such products. They are designed as regular briefs, simply with a waterproof material at the bottom, so you prevent any minor accidents from being absorbed by a regular incontinence pad and not being visible on your clothes.

The safety briefs are made of cotton with an integrated film and a fixation pocket to better secure your panty liner optimally.
The sewn-in moisture protection film (polyolefin film) in the briefs provides double security against the penetration of liquids (due to incontinence), thus preventing leakage onto your pants.

The briefs CANNOT be used without absorbent incontinence pads and cannot be compared to a diaper. They should be used as a pad-holding brief that feels as comfortable as regular briefs.

Feel free to use your usual absorbent pads. Alternatively, you can buy pads separately at pharmacies, etc.

The briefs can be washed at 95°C and tumble dried.
